I’m Glen, your local Bournemouth PC repair technician.

Computers and their terminology can be quite daunting and confusing to most. I try to break down this language barrier and translate it into friendly, simplistic terms that can be understood, helping you the customer process the problems that are being experienced and the methods of.

Established in 2004.

The business started as a hobby becoming a part time evening role and over a period of time eventually turned into a full time business. From the age of 16, I have been in the customer service industry which I have applied to my computer knowledge and business, helping form concrete relationships with my customers and their needs.

Mobile or pick up

I can be a mobile computer repair service to your home or I can pick up and fix in the workshop. If you just require parts then why not leave it to me, I can make sure you have the correct, compatible part and also get good discounts with long established computer firms saving you money, rather than you paying over the odds with high street shops.

My Pc kept getting a blue screen all of a sudden and I couldn't get into windows to retrieve my data or files. I gave Glen a ring, he came the same day picked up the pc and had it back by the following day. Great service and it didn't cost me the Packet.
